On Saturday, October 15th, the 2011 INBA Western USA Bodybuilding Championships & Bay Area Natural was held at Cosumnes River College in Sacramento, CA. About 50 competitors came out to compete in Bodybuilding, Physique, Bikini, Figure, Sports Model, Teen Physique, and Fitness. Ashanti Altovese competed and won 1st place in the Ms. Fitness class of the event by impressing the judges during the fitness routine, swim wear, and evening gown rounds. She qualified to compete at the 2011 INBA Natural Olympia which is a world class event. Ashanti is excited to attend the competition which will be held in Reno, NV on November 11th through the 13th at the Grand Sierra Resort Casino & Convention Center. She will continue to promote female empowerment through dance.
